The All—Russian Children's Center "Eaglet" is a federal state budgetary educational institution operating on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation and its own Charter, licensed to conduct educational activities. VDC Orlyonok is a legal entity, has an independent balance sheet and separate property. Orlyonok is a children's center that accepts year—round recreation and recreation for teenagers aged 11-16 (students in grades 5-10). The Orlyonok is located in one of the best places in Russia, on the Black Sea coast in the Krasnodar Territory, 45 km from the city of Tuapse. The area of the center is 217 hectares. The coastline is 3.7 km long. The center accepts children from all regions of Russia, near and far abroad, belonging to different social strata and groups. Three and a half thousand children can relax at the Orlyonka at the same time in summer and 1,200 in winter. The duration of shifts is 21 days. All children who come to Orlyonok are divided into groups of 25-30 people, depending on their age. There are 2 teachers working with each group. These are people with higher or secondary specialized pedagogical education who have received special training at the center's teaching staff school.
