On Saturday, June 24, the Wings of Parma Aviation Festival took place for the eighth time in Perm, at the Sokol military airbase (Aviapolk 888503)

This is the only day of the year when anyone can come to the military airbase.
This year, the aviation program was not presented by aerobatic teams. There were no Knights and Swifts, but for the first time Svetlana Kapanina, whose name is known all over the world, the Russian "Queen of Heaven", visited the Perm sky. She managed to decorate this aerial celebration so much that none of those present regretted spending their day off at the airfield. The cascade of aerobatics and the roar of the engine echoed with the enthusiastic screams of the audience. The Permians had a wonderful opportunity to watch Svetlana's flight both in the sky and in an online broadcast on the big screen from the cockpit of the aircraft. Nikolai Anisimov commented on the flight of our legendary pilotess, who did not spare his eloquence for her, especially since on the eve Svetlana gave him a ride on the plane and showed the entire program from inside the cockpit. After the first flight, people were looking forward to the second flight and no one left. Between the programs, Svetlana gave interviews and signed autographs for everyone. No one remained indifferent to her flights. Everyone invited her to come next year.
The program also featured demonstration performances by the Yak-52 aircraft (Perm), a glider, and dome acrobatics by parachutists of the Perm Aviation Sports Club.
The static display includes Tu-134, MiG-31, and Yak-40 aircraft.
The children's playground "Wings of Parma" was set up for young aviation enthusiasts. As well as multiple games, interactive entertainment, contests and quizzes for children of any age.
