On March 15, 2017, the organizers of the MAKS airshows celebrated their 25th anniversary

The 25th anniversary of the main organizer of the MAKS International Aviation and Space Salons, Aviasalon, was solemnly celebrated in Zhukovsky near Moscow: employees and veterans of the company were honored at the TsAGI House of Scientists. Congratulatory words were delivered by representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation, federal agencies, Rostec State Corporation, heads of aviation industry enterprises and the city administration.

Aviasalon was congratulated, in particular, by Dmitry Rogozin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, who noted the company's high contribution to the International Aviation and Space Salons, "which are the pride of our country": - Today it is the best way to demonstrate to the general public the power and achievements of domestic aviation and cosmonautics, and expand international cooperation in these areas. Dmitry Rogozin emphasized.

It was also noted at the celebration that the next MAKS will be held in the summer of 2017 at the airfield of the M.M. Gromov LII and "will be held at the highest level, which is guaranteed by the high professionalism and dedication of Aviasalon employees."
