On September 25-27, a grandiose event with the participation of Russian pilots - the International Aviation Carnival - ended in Zhengzhou, China
The participants are owners, pilots, and enthusiasts of all types of aircraft, as well as representatives of all branches of the general aviation industry. In addition to the business part, a world-class airshow with participants from Russia was presented: Svetlana Kapanina and Mikhail Mamistov. By the way, the choice of participants from Russia is not accidental. It's no secret that Svetlana Kapanina is a popular athlete in China. By inviting Svetlana, the organizers raised the prestige and entertainment of their event.
Two exercises were held as part of the aviation program:
1. The speed and correctness of the execution of the classical program between two gates made of inflatable pylons.
2. For the best performance of the freestyle program.
Svetlana turned out to be the fastest and the best in the classics. She brought two cups from friendly China.
Everything was a joy at this event, except for one thing, a lot of Russian aircraft were represented at the air carnival, but foreign pilots flew them. Our Absolute World Champions Svetlana and Mikhail flew on what they could find: Extra 300 LC and Pitts S2B. Su-26 aircraft belonging to the National Aero Club were planned for this event, but the Ministry of Sports did not give permission for the export of aircraft without a lease procedure… This begs the question: "Do all Olympic sports take their sports equipment to competitions according to the rental procedure?..."
But the Chinese audience greeted our athletes very warmly with this technique. It's A SHAME for us "FOR THE STATE."
At the end of October, our athletes are planning another event in China, we hope that they will have better luck with sports equipment there.
